1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlvet ("jlvet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlvet online gaming platform available at jlvet.net (the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jlvet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jlvet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jlvet Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

jlvet is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account on jlvet, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jlvet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

jlvet is operated and licensed under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the jlvet Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jlvet does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jlvet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jlvet employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jlvet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals without prior notice.

2.4 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jlvet may require you to submit identity verification documents (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlvet account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jlvet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jlvet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

jlvet staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any communication purporting to be from jlvet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the jlvet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where a transaction is initiated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jlvet is ₱100. jlvet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jlvet wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits typically clear within 15 to 30 minutes. jlvet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. jlvet aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your bank or e-wallet provider. jlvet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jlvet is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. jlvet may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must not use the jlvet Platform for any money laundering or financial crime activity. Any account suspected of involvement in such activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jlvet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are stated on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms applicable to all jlvet promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a verified jlvet account.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• jlvet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated account may be permanently closed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jlvet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jlvet's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information section. jlvet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game, jlvet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. jlvet's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlvet Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the jlvet Platform or its underlying software.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlvet Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of jlvet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jlvet content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlvet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jlvet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jlvet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jlvet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlvet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jlvet will make reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

10. Responsible Gaming

jlvet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its players. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic. jlvet provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

jlvet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player against jlvet.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and anti-money laundering checks.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jlvet will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and aim to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through jlvet's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any unresolved disputes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jlvet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlvet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jlvet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
